How can I order from Qmedix Store?
You may click on any of the Buy Now or Enroll buttons at www.qmedix.org. We do not accept mail orders or purchase orders.

I see a course I want to purchase but it is waitlisted - what does that mean?
A waitlisted course means we are preparing to launch the course. Join the Waitlist to get up-to-date information regarding the course including special offers and money-saving coupons!
Will I be charged sales tax?
We operate in Maryland and charge sales take on items oringinating in the state. We do not charge sales tax anywhere outside the state of Maryland.
I'm placing an international order? Is the pricing the same?
Qmedix's products are priced using US dollars. See our international currency - product support page for more information.
I paid for a course, but I'm unable to attend. Can I still view it?
Once a webinar has run, it becomes On Demand. On Demand courses are available under My Courses between 6 mos to a year after the event.
I ordered a course but need a refund. How does that work?
I ordered a QPrep digital product. Is there an expiration date?
All QPrep digital products (flashcards, exam simulations, prep manuals) are accessible to you under My Courses for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you need additional time, contact hello@qmedix.org for discount pricing related to the amount of additional time needed.
What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept all the major credit cards, debit/check cards that carry these logos: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. For your protection we screen orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing address matches that of your payment method to avoid delays in processing.
Do you offer a print version of your digital products?
Currently all of the products offered on our site are digital. Coming soon, we plan to offer MLT/MLS crib sheets exclusively in print.
How do I use a coupon code?
When redeeming Coupon Codes during checkout, please note that only one coupon code can be used per order. Coupon Codes cannot be used towards the purchase of Gift Certificates. If you forget to enter the discount code at check-out we cannot reverse the order, so please ensure valid coupon codes are entered at check-out.
How do I access my products after purchase?
All products are course-based. To access a webinar link or other digital products you must create an account. After login, a page with all of your course purchases is listed. Simply click on the product purchased to access all events within the course. This also includes free, live-streamed events like QCram.
On which device should I use/view Qmedix products?
To get the most out of a bootcamp experience, you should view and participate from a desktop or laptop; there's not enough screen space on smaller devices for students to actively participate.
Flashcards, exam simulations can be viewed on smaller devices (smart phones or tablets); the best viewing experience remains laptop or desktop.
