Qmedix Guarantee

Our goal is to ensure you pass your ASCP certification exam on your first attempt. We are so confident in our unique teaching method; we guarantee all exam prep students will earn their certification after successfully completing a QPrep™ instructor-led course. Successful completion includes (1) meeting attendance and participation requirements and (2)  achieving a minimum of 70%  on all course assessments

Any student who successfully completes one of our instructor-led exam prep classes (MLT, MLS, SBB, BB, H, SH) is backed by the Qmedix course guarantee*. If a student receives a completion certificate and fails their exam within 90 days of completing the course, we will provide:


  • One-on-one instruction and guidance from our expert instructors .
  • A full review of your exam readiness
  • An analysis of your strengths and weaknesses
  • Personalized assignments and study schedule
  • Free registration in another scheduled Qmedix exam prep class for the same certification


*Students must contact Qmedix within 60 days of failing the exam. The guarantee only applies to students taking the ASCP BOC exams. The Qmedix Course Guarantee only applies to exams for which the class is intended. For instance, students who take a MLT Exam Prep course must take the subsequent exam to qualify for our class guarantee.
